Lale lives in the middle of the forest in Akkaya Valley where she runs Zeytune Farm with her team, where they grow medicinal plants and botanicals, produce pure olive oil soaps, lavender products, and run all kinds of herbalism workshops. She has a passion for wellness, well aging, superfoods and vibrant health. She also writes books on soaps making, wellness recipes, 41 Medicinal Plants and studies Epigenetics.

In Gocek, the primary language spoken is Turkish. However, due to its popularity as a tourist destination, English is widely understood and spoken, especially in hotels, restaurants, and businesses catering to international visitors. You may also encounter other languages such as German, Russian, and French, particularly in tourist areas, as visitors from these countries frequently travel to Gocek. You will have your hosts to help you in case you need a translator.

In Turkey, the standard voltage is 220-240 volts, and the frequency is 50 Hz. The power plugs and sockets used are of type F, which have two round pins. These are also known as "Schuko" plugs, commonly used in many European countries. If you have opted for a shared space in a double room, you will be sharing the room with a person who will be participating in the trip. Its a great opportunity to make a new friend. If you are not comfortable sharing the room, you can opt for a single occupancy room.
