(01) — The four steps
One form, three minutes. Where you are headed, roughly when, who is coming, and what you actually care about. No itinerary required — that is the operator's job.
We match you with one vetted operator who lives and works in that destination, and open a thread. Within a day you are talking to the person who will run the trip.
They quote stays, transport, guides and tables as one package. You change it as many times as you need. The fee is stated up front and does not move.
Card, bank transfer, or a payment plan up to twelve months depending on destination and lead time. The thread stays open while you travel — that is your concierge.
(02) — What you pay
Stays, transport, guides, permits, tables. Quoted as one package by the person who will deliver it, at the price they actually charge.
Stated separately before you commit, and it does not change once the thread is open. We are paid for matching and for holding the money safely — not for marking up your hotel.
International cards, bank transfer, or a payment plan. Depending on destination and lead time we offer financing up to twelve months.
Funds sit with Persocal against agreed milestones rather than going straight through. A person marks money received or sent, every time.
(03) — Common questions
It usually isn't cheaper on paper — it is more honest. An agency buys from the same local operator and resells to you with a margin you never see. We show you the operator's price and our fee separately, so you know what you are paying for.
The operator holds the bookings and the local licences. Persocal vets them, holds the funds until milestones are met, and steps in if the thread goes quiet. Full terms are on the booking page.
Yes. That is the point. Nothing is charged until you have a quote you are happy with, and you will have exchanged messages with a named person before then.
Message your operator. They hold the bookings, so they can move them. This is the main reason we keep the whole trip in one thread rather than a portal.
Not usually. Operators handle everything on the ground. We will tell you which airports work and when to land, and some operators will book regional hops as part of the package.
